Custom corporate uniforms built to your design

We cut and sew from start to finish in our own factory. You choose the fabric, colours, cut and logo placement. On corporate wear the logo is usually embroidered for a neat, premium finish — printing or a rubber patch can also be chosen. A custom corporate shirt is unique to your identity — no more clashing with the same off-the-shelf shirt another company wears.

Ready made

Ready made corporate wear with your company logo

This option suits orders under 30 pieces that need to be ready fast. We take finished garments from trusted brands, then print or embroider your company logo in our factory. Sizing and fabric are already standardised, so there is less risk and a shorter turnaround than custom. Sample garments are also available to view at our factory.

How much do corporate uniforms cost?

Our factory makes almost any garment your organisation needs — corporate shirts, polos, jackets, sublimation t-shirts, government and school uniforms — from cutting and sewing to embroidery and printing, all under one roof. Because every order differs, the per-piece price is set by the five factors below. Free quote within 24 hours.

Quantity
The biggest factor. Print setup costs spread across more pieces as quantity rises, so the unit price falls.
Fabric type
Viscose, Oxford, Ripstop, TC-Drill and many more, each suited to a different use. We match the fabric to how and where your team actually wears it.
Logo decoration method
Embroidery is the go-to for corporate wear. Printing, a rubber patch or a woven label each cost differently.
Cut & sleeves
Long sleeves, muslimah cuts and large sizes (5XL and up) involve more fabric and more sewing.
Extras
Own-brand labels, individual name tags, special pockets or packing split by department.

The larger the quantity, the lower the unit price. For bulk orders from companies, government agencies, schools and universities we prepare special pricing — just tell us your quantity.

Colours, themes & design

Design service is free on corporate orders. Send us your logo and your ideas and our team prepares a mockup for approval before anything is cut. Revise as many times as you need until you're happy.

These are the most frequently ordered colours. On custom corporate wear the fabric and embroidery-thread colours can be matched to your brand's official palette.

Design themes

Modern, minimal themes are the most popular for the office — darker colours with a small embroidered chest logo. For formal occasions, batik or songket touches on the collar and sleeves give a more exclusive image.

Design file formats

Vector files are best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. If you only have PNG or JPG, make sure it's high resolution with a transparent background. No file at all? Just send a reference image and we'll redraw your logo.

Corporate uniform fabric options

Fabric determines how comfortable the garment is more than any other factor, and it's the second biggest driver of price after quantity. These are the options most frequently ordered for corporate wear, and we can send fabric samples before you decide.

Viscose
The most popular choice for corporate wear. A wide colour range and a soft cloth that is very comfortable to wear.
Oxford
The premium choice that lifts your organisation's professional image. Comfortable, and it sits well on the wearer.
TC-Drill
The fabric for technical jackets and technician uniforms. Thicker and hard-wearing for rough work such as workshops or outdoor jobs.
Ripstop
Highly tear-resistant and hard-wearing. The choice for safety uniforms and security units.
Cotton & CVC
The softest, most natural feel. Suits corporate t-shirts, event shirts and staff giveaways.

Corporate shirts for men, women & muslimah

Men's, women's and muslimah cuts can be mixed within the same corporate order — there is no separate charge for mixing.

Men's cut

Straighter shoulders and body, short or long sleeves. Sizes XS to 7XL on most fabrics.

Women's cut

A defined waist and narrower shoulders so it sits properly, rather than a men's size scaled down.

Muslimah cut

Full-length sleeves, a looser body and extra length past the hip. Can be matched with a same-colour tudung.

Corporate jackets & sweaters

Corporate shirts usually come paired with a jacket. We make corporate jackets, technical jackets for field work, vests, hoodies and sweaters — all can carry the same embroidered or printed logo so your uniform stays consistent from the office to the site.

Sizing & measuring service

We carry XS through 7XL on most fabrics. Actual centimetre measurements vary by brand and cut, so the full size chart is sent with your quote — and for larger orders we recommend a fitting session first.

Measuring it yourself

Measure an existing shirt that already fits comfortably, laid flat on a table. It's more accurate than measuring the body.

  1. Chest width

    Measure across from under the left sleeve to under the right sleeve.

  2. Body length

    From the highest shoulder seam straight down to the hem.

  3. Shoulder width

    From the edge of the left shoulder seam to the edge of the right.

  4. Sleeve length

    From the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.

We can run a fitting session at your office

For larger orders our team can come to your office or premises with a sample set in every size, and staff try them on before quantities are finalised. This removes the most common problem in uniform ordering: garments that don't fit when they arrive. We've done this for clients including Lembaga Urus Air Selangor.

How to order corporate uniforms

Five steps from first enquiry to garments in hand.

    WhatsApp us or fill in the form below. Tell us your rough quantity, the type of garment you're after, and when you need it.

  2. Free quote & mockup

    We recommend suitable fabrics and techniques, send a quote within 24 hours, and prepare a design mockup for your approval.

  3. Confirmation & deposit

    Once the design is approved we issue an official invoice. We accept government LO, e-Perolehan, company POs and deposit payments — with full documentation for your finance department.

  4. Production

    Cutting, printing or embroidery, and sewing all happen in our Shah Alam factory. This takes 2–4 weeks depending on quantity and technique.

  5. Inspection & delivery

    Every batch is checked before packing. We can split packing by department or branch, and deliver anywhere in Malaysia.

Corporate uniform FAQ

What is the minimum order for corporate uniforms?

It depends on the method. Custom made corporate wear — cut and sewn from scratch in our own factory — starts at 30 pieces. Ready made shirts with embroidered or printed logos start at 11 pieces, and for quantities under 11 we recommend DTF printing, which doesn't carry the same setup cost.

How long do corporate uniforms take to produce?

Corporate uniforms take 2 to 4 weeks depending on quantity, fabric and print technique. Urgent orders can be considered subject to our monthly quota and a surcharge.

Can I send my own design?

Yes. Send your logo or design and we'll prepare a mockup for approval. On corporate orders the design service is free.

What file format should I send?

Vector files are best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. High-resolution PNG or JPG with a transparent background also works. If you have no file, send a reference image and we'll redraw it.

Do you offer a measuring service for our staff?

Yes. For larger orders our team can come to your office with a sample set in every size so staff can try them on before quantities are finalised.

Do you accept government LO or e-Perolehan?

Yes. We accept government Local Orders, e-Perolehan and company POs, and issue official invoices and written quotations for your finance department.

Does the price include logo printing?

Yes. The quote we give already includes printing or embroidering your logo to the approved design. There are no hidden charges afterwards.

Do you deliver across Malaysia?

Yes, we deliver throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Packing can be split by department or branch.
