Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website sacgarment.com and your purchase of custom apparel and related products from Eskandar Global Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1399894-X) ("SAC Garment", "we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

SAC Garment is a custom teamwear manufacturer based in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia, specialising in dye-sublimation printed jerseys and custom apparel for teams, clubs, companies, schools and events.

2. Quotations and Orders

  1. Quotations provided by us (via WhatsApp, email or otherwise) are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise and do not constitute a binding offer until we confirm your order.
  2. An order is confirmed only when (a) we have received your deposit or payment as stated in the quotation, and (b) we have issued an order confirmation.
  3. Minimum order quantities apply to custom products as stated in your quotation.
  4. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including orders containing artwork we consider unlawful, infringing, or offensive.

3. Payment

  1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders require a deposit of 50% upon confirmation, with the balance payable before delivery or collection.
  2. Payment may be made by bank transfer or other methods we make available. Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  3. Production will not commence until the required deposit is received. Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, except as provided in Clause 8.

4. Artwork, Design and Approval

  1. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final design mockup, including spelling, names, numbers, colours, logos, sizing and layout, before production begins.
  2. Once you approve the mockup, you accept the design as final. We are not liable for errors (including spelling and numbering errors) present in an approved mockup.
  3. Colours displayed on screens are indicative only. Minor colour variation between screen mockups and the printed product is inherent to the dye-sublimation process and does not constitute a defect.
  4. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions for all logos, artwork, names, images and other content you provide, and that our use of them to fulfil your order does not infringe any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you supply.
  5. Design files, templates and mockups prepared by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may photograph completed products and use them in our marketing unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.

5. Sizing

  1. Size charts are provided for guidance. You are responsible for selecting sizes and confirming the size breakdown for your order.
  2. Products manufactured to the sizes you confirmed are not defective merely because they do not fit. Minor measurement variation of up to ±2 cm against the size chart is within normal manufacturing tolerance.

6. Production and Delivery

  1. Estimated production lead times will be stated at order confirmation and run from the date we receive both your approved mockup and the required payment.
  2. Lead times are estimates. While we make every effort to meet them, we are not liable for losses caused by delays outside our reasonable control, including material shortages, courier delays, or force majeure events.
  3. Delivery is by courier to the address you provide, or by self-collection from our premises. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the courier or upon collection.
  4. You must inspect products upon receipt and notify us of any defects, shortages or discrepancies within 7 days of receipt.

7. Custom Goods — No Returns

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, all sales of custom products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind, ordering errors on your part (including sizing and quantities you confirmed), or design choices you approved.

8. Defects and Remedies

  1. If a product is defective due to our manufacturing error (for example, printing defects, wrong specifications against the approved mockup, or workmanship faults), notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the affected items.
  2. Where a defect is verified, we will, at our option, repair, reprint or replace the affected items, or refund the price of the affected items. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for defective products.
  3. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other applicable Malaysian law.

9. Cancellation

  1. Orders may be cancelled without charge before mockup approval and before production commences; any deposit paid will be refunded less costs already incurred (including design work).
  2. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled and all amounts remain payable.

10. Website Use

  1. Content on sacgarment.com, including text, images, designs and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
  2. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
  3. The website is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue or opportunity (for example, losses connected to an event or tournament for which products were ordered).

12. Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

13. General

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  2. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  3. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
